Parent Involvement

At Fusion Academy, parent involvement is integral to the overall success of each student and the school as a whole.

Fusion Academy has an active Parent Volunteer Coordinator who oversees the Parent Volunteer Group and facilitates communication between this group and Fusion staff. The Parent Volunteer Group serves as a foundation for parents to meet each other, share ideas or issues, and work together to organize events and activities that help build the Fusion Academy community.

We also hold Parent Education meetings throughout the school year. These mini-conferences address issues pertaining to the well-being of our students. Topics include College Night, Improving Family Communication Seminar, lectures on the latest medications for ADHD and other emotional difficulties, and training on how to spot possible substance abuse in your child.
